Return Window

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags/accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items

Final-sale/clearance items (if marked as such)

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Please email support@twinkleplay.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How to Start a Return

Email support@twinkleplay.com with your order number and reason.

We’ll send return instructions and the return address.

Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval/rejection via email.
Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for your bank to post the credit.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping Costs

If the item is not defective/incorrect, the customer pays return shipping.

If we made a mistake or the product is defective, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label (where available).
Exchanges

Fastest way: return the item and place a new order for the replacement.

For defects/incorrect items, we can arrange a direct exchange where possible.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once shipped, please use the returns process above.
