🧸 1. What types of products do you sell?

We offer a wide range of baby toys and early development products, including:

  • Rattles, teethers, and plush toys

  • Sensory and learning toys

  • Soft books, stacking toys, and activity gyms

  • Items for newborns to toddlers


🚚 2. How long does shipping take?

We ship most orders within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days (selected areas only)


🔁 3. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the product is:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

💳 4. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Bank Transfers

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)


📦 5. How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order has shipped.

Registered customers can also track orders from their "My Account → Orders" section.


🛑 6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we’ll process a refund or replacement right away.


🎁 7. Are your products safe for babies?

Yes. All our toys are:

  • Made from non-toxic, BPA-free materials

  • Tested for safety

  • Selected to be gentle and developmentally appropriate

🌍 8. Do you deliver to my city?

We deliver to most major cities and towns across the USA. If delivery isn’t available in your region, you’ll be notified during checkout.
